Whitney Marcum

Whitney Marcum, is a lifelong Kentuckian. Whitney and her husband Dustin have been married for 13 years and have two children, Kinley and Cullen,  

Whitney joined the Law Office of Jeremy A. Bartley in April of 2019. Whitney graduated from Murray State University with her degree in Paralegal Studies in 2020.  Prior to joining the JAB team Whitney was employed by the late Scott T. Foster working alongside Paralegal, Annette Vaught.  

Whitney has worked a variety of cases over the years involving divorce, child support, termination of custodial rights, adoption, criminal and personal injury.
