Vicky Phillipe

Vicky Phillippe, is a Casey County native. Vicky and her husband Jim have been married for 49 years and have a son Casey.   

Vicky joined the Law Office of Jeremy A. Bartley in January of 2021.  Prior to joining the JAB team Vicky worked with the Department of Public Advocacy for 38 years.
